Voilà, first improvements of WP 2.5 are here with WP 2.5.1
Hello people! I know I have a little passive but I am going to fix this bug soon 
. This time I would like to give a news out – first improvements of WordPress 2.5 are here with WordPress 2.5.1. There have been made a considerable number of improvements – over 70 fixes they say. This is really a good news and a short list of what has been improved would be:
- Performance improvements for the Dashboard, Write Post, and Edit Comments pages.
- Better performance for those who have many categories
- Media Uploader fixes
- An upgrade to TinyMCE 3.0.7
- Widget Administration fixes
- Various usability improvements
- Layout fixes for IE
The most important fixes seems to have been made at the security sector of WordPress. The the WP 2.5 version’s vulnerability is not yet made public to let time to the WP 2.5 guys to upgrade to 2.5.1, but it will be public soon, so hurry up.
Another step ahead for WordPress is the introduction of the secret and unique key that every WordPresser can have a put it i.e. paste it in his or her wp-config.php file. This gives the blog cookies more randomness and makes the life of the hackers more difficult, if any decides to hack into your blog. Go and get the key here.
